David is a seasoned executive and a leader in the hospitality industry. He is Executive Vice President of The Bowman Post Group and Co-Founder of our 501(c)(3) nonprofit, The Bowman Post Group Foundation. His extensive 25-year career in hospitality followed a successful tenure as a Certified Public Accountant with Accenture. He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Earlier in his career he co-founded a technology manufacturing company which grew to employ over 300 people.

David's passion for hospitality is evident in his active involvement as a former President of the California Lodging Industry Association. His current leadership role at the Bowman Post Group Foundation underscores his commitment to the advancement and advocacy of the lodging industry and its people.

David has a Bachelor of Science degree from the Daniels School of Business at Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

David resides in Southern California with his wife, Jan, where they enjoy staying active together. He also cherishes spending time with his children, Matt and Julia, daughter-in-law, Samantha and their new grandson, Casey Bexar. They are fans of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Lakers and Kings.
