This early immersion provided him with a foundational understanding of hotel operations, further solidified by his direct experience working the front desk after graduating college while simultaneously gaining valuable experience in finance.

Over the years, Andrew's vast knowledge of both hotel operations and investment strategy has established him as a trusted advisor to numerous families navigating the complexities of the hospitality market. His keen understanding of financing structures, coupled with his extensive network and insights into franchising, has been instrumental in successfully closing nearly $180 million in transactions.

Andrew plays a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction of The Bowman Post Group. His commitment to the industry extends beyond transactions, as he is also a co-founder of The Bowman Post Group Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to supporting the hospitality community. His additional role as a hotelier underscores his dedication and active participation within the hospitality community, further enriching his contributions to AAHOA as a lifetime member.

Andrew currently resides in Southern California with his wife of twelve years and their four children. In his free time, he is a passionate supporter of Arsenal FC and enjoys engaging in lively banter with friends and colleagues about their respective favorite sports teams.
